Lunch at Hope Artiste Village, Dinner on Thayer / Debut of the Supersonic Rocket Dog

Today’s weather is appropriate for the debut of the Seattle Style Hot Dog, known aboard ship as the Supersonic Rocket Dog. We consider it one of the best exports of the Emerald City since Hendrix. The addition of cream cheese is what identifies it’s provenance. The cream cheese adds a wonderfully curious texture and temperature component that makes each bite an exploration.



 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 

Also new today is the Egg & Pepper Sandwich. Three local eggs scrambled with green peppers that have been fried with olive oil and garlic. It’s served on a buttered toasted Portuguese Roll from Taunton Avenue Bakery.
