As mobile vendors, Food Trucks owe a debt of gratitude to those that contributed to the development of engines. Whether they are powered by steam, electricity, diesel, gasoline, natural gas, rocket fuel or dilithium, today’s Food Trucks are the vehicle of choice by which many pursue their dreams.
On November 2, 1902, the Locomobile was the first four-cylinder, gas-powered vehicle to hit the road.
