The Lomo Adobado Sandwich is composed of naturally raised pork loin (free of antibiotics and hormones) seasoned with Spanish paprika, garlic and olive oil. It is sautéed and placed upon Bantam Bread organic Semolina Batard with fresh mozzarella and a small dash of dijon mustard. Bring your own Rioja !
