Kennedy Plaza For Lunch, Dinner At Armory Farmers Market / Noni’s Cabbage Salad Aboard, Try It On A Dog

tumblr_inline_n5xx9r3gAX1r3ynjbThe first Armory Farmers Market of the season is today and kicks off with a Seafood Throwdown. Our friend, Peter Gobin of Mijos Tacos and Colin Sepko of Julians will be competing. Peter is defending the crown he won in last year’s Throwdown against James Mark of North. Working in partnership with the Northwest Atlantic Marine Alliance and Slow Fish International the Seafood Throwdown works to raise awareness of what is considered local and plentiful in our area, as well as raising awareness about the deliciousness of under-appreciated, overlooked species.
