Over the weekend the rocket was boarded by a totally unexpected, hostile, boarding party. Apparently, Empire forces have allied with the Cylons. Without getting into all the ugly details, the intruders were quickly dispatched and we currently have a slightly damaged Stormtrooper helmet for sale.

Once able to get back to work, Patricia turned out this amazing Pastelón. This is a Puerto Rican “lasagna” made with ripe plantains layered with niman ranch angus beef, green beans, local eggs, tomatoes, green olives, garlic, and oregano. It’s sweet and savory and served with white rice.
