Celebrate Moon Landing Day at the rocket
July 20, 1969, Apollo 11 set down on the lunar surface. We’ve deployed a special burger to mark the occasion, The Apollo. Four ounces of Niman Ranch Certified Angus Beef topped with organic tomato and green leaf lettuce.
We also have two salads today which are totally local . . . Cabbage Salad with shunkyo radish and baby carrots; and the Just Picked Corn Salad. All these veggies were sourced just a short distance away at 4 Town Farm and Schartner Farms through Market Mobile.
